How many stick packs of VINIA Blood Flow Hydration™ can I drink each day?
One VINIA Blood Flow Hydration™ stick pack has the equivalent amount of Piceid Resveratrol (6mg) found in 1 x VINIA® 400 mg capsule. Therefore, we recommend starting with 1 x stick pack per day and waiting several weeks to experience VINIA’s health benefits before deciding whether you need to consume an additional serving per day. If you do decide to increase your consumption to two VINIA® servings per day, be gentle with yourself, go slow, always listen to your body, and make sure it feels right for you.
